Our daily routine... And how it changed our lives!

We wake up at five in the morning and it changed our lives!
First off, that title is terrifying… Bare with me. I am in no way a morning gal, but I have found that my body physically and emotionally has improved tremendously.
I challenge you to wake up ONE HOUR sooner for ONE WEEK and see how your life changes. Good or bad? Let us know! Now, trying only a few days will make you extremely tired and feel even worse than before!
Let’s start: Wake up, coffee and breakfast! It is a known fact that breakfast is indeed the most important meal of your day. This allows your body to fully wake up in a healthy way! Don’t get me wrong, I am no nutritional expert. I have my cheat days with some donuts of course.
Maybe add in ten minutes of exercise? Maybe add in ten minutes of quiet Bible studying? Maybe add in 10 minutes of reading? I’m not sure how everyone else will react, but I get the day ready for my children!
Trust me, I sleep through some alarms. I have a six year old asking me for chocolate milk at 10:00 am, but those days feel so much better once your body adjusts to a brand new schedule.
My days seem so much longer and I am able to get so much done! So give it a try and comment back on how you feel…. I’m curious!
